Pilates anyone?

  • cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • splash of vanilla yogurt
  • 2 big handfuls of spinach
  • ice
  • small handful of raspberries
  • squeeze of agave nectar 
  • Toppings: raisins, cocoa cherry bear granola 
Dinner: Mac n. Cheese with a side of sauteed spinach and kale.

Breakfast this morning: Scrambled eggs made with salt, pepper, and dill with a big heaped tablespoon of ground flaxseeds. It gave my eggs a nice nutty taste.

Yogurt bowl of low fat vanilla with blueberries, walnuts, and raisins.

I did some pilates today for the first time. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I tried yoga for a few days in the past and was completely bored outta my mind with it. This DVD was divided into 6, 10 minute segments which made it a lot easier to do. I combined 3 segments to do a total of 30 minutes; working on my muscular strength and flexibility. I definitely see some more pilates in my future :-)
