Brussel Sprouts

Dinner last night was Bigham's Breton Chicken w. a side of brussel sprouts. I'm now obsessed w. this vegetable.
They added bacon bits to the Bigham's recipe and someone wasn't happy. Of course I was because I heart bacon!!!
Dessert:
Purely entertainment reading material. I'm not looking to lose any weight but the book came with the magazine so I'll check it out.
Breakfast this morning:
I was in a cereal mood today aka just pour and eat.
Added in some dark chocolate chips, raisins, goji berries, and almonds for some extra filler.
The gym is back to its regulars and the rush of the New Year resolutions have already seemed to die down. Sad.

Workout today: LEGS 3 sets of 8-10 reps
  • leg curl
  • leg extension
  • barbell squat
  • stiff legged deadlift
  • leg press
  • dumbell lunge
  • standing calf raise
  • assisted dumbbell lunge
Protein shake: Skim milk, vanilla yogurt, banana, one scoop of protein powder, one scoop of Life's Green's, splash of water, two cubes of ice, handful of frozen berries, and muesli on top.
More stirfry for lunch.
