Pret A Manger addict

Recent eats from Sainsbury's salad counter
cucumbers, lentils,beets, beans, tomatoes, quinoa salad, carrots, fusilli pasta, peas, edamame,grapes, melon. There was lots of ingredients but it all went so well together. Yum! I felt so healthy eating everything :-D
T made us a shallot and mature cheddar cheese omelet. His omelets are da bomb. yes DA BOMB! he he.
I had 1/2 a sesame bagel w/ light cream cheese w. my omelet half.

After doing some zumba, I picked up a salad from Pret a Manger. I've been on a Pret kick lately. I can't seem to make myself eat anything else!
I tried their tuna nicoise salad for the first time. It was quite delicious!
My guilty pleasure..there's something about the salt and vinegar combination that I lurrve!

Apparently the salad wasn't filling enough because I made a mid afternoon snack of asparagus soup (with some siracha squeezed in-weird I know!!) and some wheat germ toast w. an aubergine pesto on top. Mmm mmm!

I taught zumba yesterday to a ridiculous amount of girls. It was crazy packed! I'm not quite sure how they had enough room to move but it was my first time teaching to that many people. It was a bit overwealming but nothing I hope I can't manage with a little bit of practice and experience.
a lil present from T. Poor Noma- I took her to the park this morning and she ended up ripping a nail so I had to rush her to the vet. Blergh! This is her second ripped nail!! Either I'm doing something wrong or she's too rambunctious for her own good. Fortunately, all the vet had to do was give the nail a quick yank and it was out. I literally plugged my ears and turned away so I didn't have to listen to her poor little scream (plus I'm a baby!!). :( She's resting comfortably now. Sigh..

I picked up another tuna salad from Pret after the gym. I'm officially addicted.

Agenda: Zumba practice, teaching Zumba class, dinner, movie night!!
I heard great things about this movie so I'm dragging T to go see it w. me. Muahhahaha!!
