zumba hey zumba ha

WOK time!
schrimp stir fry
on a bed of quinoa (pronounced: Keen-wah). I love the fluffiness AND texture of quinoa. light and crunchy :)
afternoon protein smoothie to tide me over til dinner.
My zumba shipment arrived!!

the two shirts don't particularly fit me too well but they were the cheapest ones on the website! Clothes are expensive DOOD!!
now I'm all set for my class. heh. heh. heh.
beef goulash
boiled brussel sprouts
kefta burger w. spicy mayo
Oatmeal:
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup water
  • cinnamon
  • salt
  • raisins 
  • mashed up banana
  • Toppings: maple syrup for him and a protein ball for me me me!!
I met the hubby for lunch on this glorious sunny day in London. He took me to an Italian deli that serves amazing sandwiches. We had the spicy salami and gruyere cheese sandwhich. Holy cheeseballs! So delicious :-D
Crispy bread, gooey cheese, spicy meat.. what more could you want out of a sandwich!

I also made him stop by Wasabi for some green tea ice cream. The cup was so tiny but it definitely hit the dessert spot!
