Lady A

Breakfast yesterday consisted of two sunny side up eggs on whole wheat toast.

Quinoa is such an easy grain to make. Use 2 parts water to 1 part quinoa, boil, and simmer for 10 minutes.
It has a crunchy and slight nutty taste to it. It's a nice variation from the usual brown rice.

I sauteed some peppers with some store bought packaged chicken.
Whole wheat tortillas with pepper/chix mix, cottage cheese, quinoa, and siracha.

I also had it for dinner. Part deux. YUM!
Snack time: Uni to the far left (HEAVEN!!!!), leftover pajun to the top right, scallop with spicy mayo and a maki sushi bite with some kimchee on the side. Oh man, I'm so Korean!!
Smoothie breakfast this morning before I get my study on...
Into the Vitamix:
  • spinach
  • activia strawberry/vanilla yogurt 
  • ice cubes
  • frozen berries
  • banana
  • agave nectar
  • skim milk
  • toppings: cereal, muesli, raisins, dark chocolate chips, sunflower seeds

AHH!! I WANT MORE!! Need you now.. Beea---uu--ti--full!!!!!
