Breakfast yesterday consisted of two sunny side up eggs on whole wheat toast.
Quinoa is such an easy grain to make. Use 2 parts water to 1 part quinoa, boil, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- activia strawberry/vanilla yogurt
- ice cubes
- frozen berries
- agave nectar
- skim milk
- toppings: cereal, muesli, raisins, dark chocolate chips, sunflower seeds
