I knew we had two workouts today at my program so I made sure to eat a good breakfast. Whole wheat toast w. peanut butter n. jelly.

I'm not quite sure if the breakfast helped because I was suffering through my 20 minute treadmill run at 12.0km/h. Seriously, 20 minutes shouldn't have been that difficult but I was huffing and puffing my way through it. Blergh. Taking a week off my work out regime has already set me back and today was my proof!
I came back from salsa and had a lovely second dinner ;)
Smoked salmon, goat cheese, oyster mushrooms, and a dash of truffle oil. Heaven.
