Clean house=Happy Hanna!

We also had some salmon in the mix. Yummers!
my eggs for breakfast looked kinda funky in color but they still tasted delish!

We had our cleaner come this morning *lord thank heavens!!* cuz our house was SO dirty. I usually like to clean and its sort of a release for me but I've been so physically tired from zumba and working out myself that I asked T for some help. He happily obliged- yippee!! We have a clean house again :)

Gym time: 12-15 reps, 2 sets. Exercises courtesy of the TIU website.
  • squat with bicep curl
  • deadlift with upright row
  • figure 8 back lunge (lunge backwards and draw a figure 8 with dumbbell on opposite side of lunged leg)
  • standing on one leg overhead tricep extenstion (this helps stabilize your core while working your triceps!)
  • swiss ball chest press with dumbbells (these exercises also targets the lower body since only your upper back is resting on the ball aka squeeze those glutes!)
  • swiss ball chest fly w. dumbbells
  • swiss ball tricep extension
  • incline dumbbell curl on swiss ball (butt is off the floor)
  • 1 minute plank on swiss ball
  • swiss ball leg curl (swiss ball is under heels, roll ball towards bum)
  • crunches with swiss ball between legs (crunch abs in while straightening legs)
  • side lunges with dumbbell front raise (10 on each side)
  • single arm bent over row
  • bent leg crunches
  • bicycles
  • v-sits
  • dumbbell oblique twists
  • supermans (lift arms and legs off ground and hold for 5 counts)- 6 reps
sauteed kale and spinach for lunch
more chix and mushroom pie..
ehh.. this wasn't very good either. I just felt like I had to eat it since it was going to go bad in a day or two.

Throwback zumba song of the day: Daddy Yankee "Gasolina".. okay so this isn't really a zumba song but I'm learning some really simple choreography for my class. :-)
