I lied.

crushed mini oreos, dark chocolate chips, reeses pieces, and caramel sauce. Hey- at least the ice cream is less fat and 120 calories per 1/2 cup. 
I can't live without dessert! mu hahahaha.. at least I didn't add in the caloric nuts this time! Disclaimer: Objects may appear bigger than actual size. :P

Dinner:
Eat yo veggies!! The sauce was amazing. It was sweet from the rice wine vinegar apparently.

Thanksgiving preview.. I can't wait! I love green bean casserole. This was the casserole minus the crunchy onions on top (Hello!! the best part) and the actual casserole dish.

Breakfast this morning was simple and clean:
Kashi Go Lean cereal with half soy milk, half skim milk and some walnuts tossed in there.

Happy news of the day: I think my Garmin 305 comes in the mail today. I've been stalking my package like its my job. The sun is shining this morning. Perfect day for a run.
