Last night's dinner was quick and easy. I had to scramble to eat and dash to my salsa class! Red pepper hummus with wholegrain pita bread.
Vegetable beef soup
The hubby brought back a late night snack of rice and lentils w. caramelized onions, spinach stuffed dough, and a little Lebanese meat pizza. That's the best way that I can describe it folks. It was all delicious!
This mornings take on breakfast was quite unusual but a nice way to switch it up. I'll let the pictures do the talking.
I topped this bad boy with some ground seeds (you couldn't taste it at all!) for some Omega 3, 6 action.

I stopped by Itsu because I was feeling very tired after cleaning the house and I didn't really feel like putting anything together. I was pleasantly surprised by how many vegetables were in the grilled chicken rice bowl! It had a nice ginger kick to it
