Lunch was trying to scrounge together whatever we had left in the fridge. It was looking pretty meager at one point.
Leftover Indian
I had forgotten about these vegetables in the fridge. Yippee!!I love the crunchiness and flavor of boy choi.
I decided to make a stir fry with the leftover rice and veggies. I added some soy sauce, sesame oil, siracha, 2 eggs, onions, and bok choi.
With some plain boiled brussels sprouts. Simple, vegetarian, and quite good.
I can't stop watching this man dance. Nery Garcia is the man. Seriously. Oh yeah and she's amazing as well. Holy flipping A!
