Valio La Pena

Yogurt Breakfast bowl:
  • vanilla yogurt
  • almonds
  • raisins
  • goji berries
  • cup of berries
  • muesli
  • dark chocolate chips
  • heaping tablespoon of flaxseeds (for some omega-3 action!!)
I thought this breakfast would tide me over until lunch but it didn't so I split a large chocolate chip muffin w. a classmate at around 11 :o). Muffins are highly calorific but SO worth it once in a while. I justified eating it by only eating half.
It looked like this but it was 2x larger!!!

Dinner was leftovers of pasta and catalan chicken.
And some teriyaki beef. I haven't worked out in a few days but I'm still eating like mad. Salsa has taken over my life but I know dancing isn't going to cut it. Time to get back on the grind!!
We're going to Budapest for a quick getaway this weekend. I'm excited but have NO idea what to expect.
