Fitness magazines

I get a little cuckoo for fitness magazines sometimes :-) I made a quick purchase after the gym because I was feeling inspired and on a workout high. My workout yesterday was a 30 minute run on the treadmill and abs.
We went back to Sasa sushi for lunch because T had a sushi craving. He seriously loves raw fish more than me anything in this world ;)

We ordered the Angel deluxe which came with 11 pieces of nigiri and a california roll. We also got a Dragon Roll with spicy tuna, eel, avocado, and some crunchy tempura.

Chirashi bowl

---------------White rice food coma! I proceeded to take a 2 hour nap in the afternoon. Who does that on a Saturday!?!? he he he..
Sweet potater fries with ketchup as a mid afternoon snack

Dinner time:
mix of bok choy, spinach, and kale sauteed with soy sauce and pepper
Strongbow cider
T made tons of oven baked chicken yesterday. I definitely laughed out loud when he proceeded to place four chicken pieces on my plate. uhm.. no one said I was eating for FOUR!!! :-D
with some brown rice on the side.
Some Irish mint chocolate for a post dinner snack. I loved the crunchy green mint pieces on top of the milk chocolate- YUM! We were going to see X-Men later that night but decide to stay in and watch 2 episodes of Glee. We're still catching up on this past season. Anyone else swoon for Darren Criss?
Uhm hello there!
Yellow pepper, onion, and cheddar cheese omelette on toast prior to heading to the gym.

My workout today was simple: Ran 7 minutes on the treadmill for a quick warm up
  • Squat jumps
  • Burpee with tummy tucks
  • Plank jacks
  • V sits
  • Side plank crunches
  • Rest 1 minute, Repeat 2 more times
Then I did Tone it up's Bikini Booty workout. Here's to hoping for a perkier bikini bootaaay! (If I ever make it to a beach this summer :( major sad face!!! )
