Happy New Years!!

Last breakfast of 2010. I can't believe how fast the year has flown by. 

Last workout of 2010: 10 minute running warm up followed by the same total body strength training routine using lots of these:
I have such a grateful heart for what 2010 has given me. I have a wonderful life here in London and an amazing husband who has supported me through many changes. I'm excited for what 2011 has to offer.

Ingredients: Skim milk, frozen berries, spinach, banana, chocolate whey protein, agave nectar, ff vanilla yogurt, splash of water to unthicken the smoothie just a tad bit.
Give it a 10 second whirl in the Vitamix.
Tasted like a sweet thick chocolate berry smoothie today. Yum!

Lunch:
While waiting for our pizza to cook, I had some veggies from last night.
Pizza Express at home. Their frozen pizza's are pretty tasty.
Perfection in the oven!
the cheese became nicely browned, just like I like it :)
topped with some basil, oregano, and EVOO from earlier.
I need my sweet fix! There was a 6 month period where I lost my desire for sweets. I'm so glad I have it back.
Some goals for 2011:
  • Build my career 
  • Become a better salsa dancer
  • Get stronger, leaner, more toned
  • Run half marathon
  • Live, laugh, love deeply :-D
