Hi Vivian! |
Hommos and pita. The hommos was a perfect consistency. Smooth and velvety with a good balance of olive oil to chickpeas.
Garlic dip and some sort of spicy sauce for the wraps. I recommend mixing the two together.
Vivian and I each got a wrap and split it because sharing is caring!! The Batata Harra had spicy potato with red pepper, chili, garlic, cumin, tomato and picked cucumber. The chicken taouk had charcoal grilled marinated chicken skewer with garlic sauce, lettuce and pickled cucumber. Both were delicious but shocker, I might have preferred the vegetarian wrap. It reminded me of a patatas bravas dish I always order at Spanish restaurants.
Quote from Easy A-"Whatever happened to chivalry? Does it only exist in 80's movies? I want John Cusack holding a boombox outside my window. I wanna ride off on a lawnmower with Patrick Dempsey. I want Jake from Sixteen Candles waiting outside the church for me. I want Judd Nelson thrusting his fist into the air because he knows he got me. Just once I want my life to be like an 80's movie, preferably one with a really awesome musical number for no apparent reason. But no, no, John Hughes did not direct my life."
