Pizza pizza pizza

Lunch @ Pizza Express. http://www.pizzaexpress.com/
Garlic bread, a bit small but still cheesy and yummy!
Dough balls w. garlic butter. Cute, delicious, and fun to eat!
My funghi pizza. Lots of mushrooms with some garlic oil on top. Can you believe I finished one myself?! The crust was super thin (I swear!!)
T's pizza w. spinach, olives, parm, and an egg in the middle.
Quick stop at Gallipoli for a cappuchino & dessert. Shhh... they don't have skim milk!! Who doesn't have skim milk nowadays?!
Chocolate fudge cake w. pistachio ice cream. The cake was so moist and perfectly fudg-ey. Score! Another point for Gallipoli desserts. I can justify eating dessert because I ran for over an hour today around Regent's Park. Running outside is so much more enjoyable when the weather isn't deathly cold. LOVE IT!!

Lots and lots of salsa practice...followed by:

Chinese takeout for dinner:
Appetizer platter- all things just average
Egg chicken drop soup. Bland and flavorless. Soy sauce was definitely needed.
Shrimp noodles, salty and slurpable.
Pineapple fried rice w. the smallest chicken pieces I've ever seen in ma life! I'm not even sure it was chicken :o)
Somehow I forgot to take a picture of the best part: The duck!! I love duck wraps w. hoisin sauce. Mmmmm..!!

Morning's agenda: My YMCA practical assessment. YEEEP!!!! Those good stress endorphins are kicking in!!!

Song of the day: Nicki Minaj " Right thru me"

KAboom

KA BOB! We're officially regulars.
On the side: Garlic and spicy sauce to mix and dip.
I had 1/3 of this double cheeseburger without the double :)
Not the best burger in town but it does its job in satisfying the hamburger craving.
Crunchy fries w. ketchup this time!! :P
More chocolate pleeeaaaase! Banoffee pie dessert.

Breakfast:  Green monster muffin w. yogurt parfait

Chocolate Festival 2010

Lots of fresh fish. T even managed to get some wasabi and ginger from a sushi restaurant.
It was a bit messy but very YUMMY!
Chocolate Festival 2010!!

Pure award winning hot chocolate. It had a slight coffee taste and definitely needed some sugar.
I think I prefer already sweetened hot chocolate. None of this fancy schmancy "real" hot chocolate. Heck, just get me some swiss hot chocolate w. marshmallows and we're in business!
Lots of chocolates to purchase and to taste.
We had the salted caramel w. a hint of assam tea from this chocolatier. I love chocolate and T loves salted caramel. Best of both worlds.

I love free festivals w. a ton of different samples to try :)

Shoes and gloves made out of chocolate. Too pretty to eat.

Freshly fried pieces of dough.
Cinnamon sugar churro's with hot chocolate to dip. Mmmmm...

Choco overload!
London by night- I love this view!!!

London is such a gorgeous city!

Off to eat at the Queen's

at the restaurant of course!
http://www.yelp.co.uk/biz/great-queen-street-london
Pink apertif with prosecco. Yummy and right up my alley :)
Fresh chewy bread with butter and a sprinkle of salt to bring out the simple flavors.
Anxiously awaiting the crab.
Oh lordie. Looks massive!
The meat in the claws were sweet and delicious. The tiny claws were a little creepy to handle because it felt like it had fur on them. A little too realistic for me to touch so T clawed out the meat for me :o) :o)
ALL GONE. So sad :(
They had these mini pours of wine. We each got the house white and house red with our meals.
Scottish onglet steak with horseradish sauce and greens. The waiter warned me that it would come rare but that it would be delicious. Oh boy, was he right. The meat was delicioso! Esp. w. the sauce to dip. If you can get over the redness of the steak, it is so much more flavorful than being prepared medium.
A side of chunky chips. These were tasty but would have been better w. ketchup. Everything is better w. ketchup. The man who delivered our food seemed outraged I asked for ketchup.  "What Ketchup? Noooo,. we don't have ketchup!!"Gee.. he could have been a bit nicer about the delivery. I assure you that I'm probs not the only one whos ever asked. Oh well! That's typical service in London.
T's dish of pork (faggot) and lentils. The consistency wasn't that of pork at all. It was more like meatloaf w. middle eastern flavors. I'm glad I wasn't the one who ordered it as it wasn't my favorite. Overall, I was very impressed w. the quality of food there. British food when done right can be quite good. The rest of our night consisted of relaxation at home and watching Iron Man II. Sort of cheesy but it was entertaining.

Breakfast:
Ants on my eggs? Or lots of pepper!
Strangely enough, this is the first time I've ever made sunny side up eggs in my life. The yolks could have been a bit runnier but it was still a delicious protein filled breakfast!

Day's agenda: Sushi and chocolate festival.
